Red: Extremely High Concentration of low-income households

  • Defined as 90% - 100% of households within the area.

Orange: Very High Concentration of low-income households

  • Defined as 75% - 89% of households within the area.

Yellow: High Concentration of low-income households

  • Defined as 51% - 74% of households within the area.
