Project Overview

Every five years, the East Baton Rouge Parish Office of Community Development (OCD) creates a comprehensive plan to guide how we invest federal funds into our neighborhoods. This plan focuses on enhancing housing, improving public services, and supporting community development projects that benefit all residents, especially those with low to moderate incomes.

Con Plan Available for Public Comment

The East Baton Rouge City-Parish 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan are now open for public comment.

Public comment will run from July 11 to August 10, 2025.
