Project Overview

Every five years, the East Baton Rouge Parish Office of Community Development (OCD) creates a comprehensive plan to guide how we invest federal funds into our neighborhoods. This plan focuses on enhancing housing, improving public services, and supporting community development projects that benefit all residents, especially those with low to moderate incomes.
