Introduction

We’re working on a market study to explore exciting new possibilities for properties in Cameron, Clearfield, and Potter Counties—sites that were once used for industry or business, but now sit empty or underused. These are often referred to as brownfields, and with the right vision, they can be transformed into parks, housing, businesses, gathering spaces, or something entirely new. The findings of the market study will help to identify priority sites and recommendations for Cameron County's U.S. EPA Brownfields Coalition Assessment Project.

We Want to Hear From You!

Your ideas and experiences can help us understand what’s needed, what’s possible, and what kinds of new uses would really make a difference.

Whether you live nearby, work in the area, or just care about the future of these towns, we want to hear from you!

How Your Input Will Be Used

Your ideas are an important part of this project! Visioning, dreaming, and imagining for the future help community leaders understand the needs and desires of residents and plan accordingly.

Here’s how your feedback will help….

Your input will guide what kinds of reuses (housing, recreation, business, etc.) are studied for market potential.

Your ideas and suggestions will be compared with data to see what is realistic and supported by the market.

While not every idea will be possible, your feedback ensures recommendations reflect what matters most to the community.

Your feedback helps identify areas of local interest and unmet demand. This information strengthens the market study, making it easier to attract new businesses or support existing ones in their expansion efforts.

The results from this market study will help local leaders identify realistic paths forward for the future reuse and revitalization of various sites.
